All humanitarian aid/supplies must be consigned to the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM). Documents will be submitted electronically to Jamaica Customs Agency and ODPEM upon form completion.
Ensure the following documents are attached before submitting the form:
All vessels must have a local shipping agent
Estimated date, time, and port information
Note
The Operations Specification must include Sections A003 (Aircraft Authorization), B050 (Authorized areas En-route operations), and D085 (Aircraft listing) with the digital signature page.
Upload all required vessel certificate and documentation
ISPS security protocols and handling arragements
Import permits and exemptions for humanitarian cargo
